The bed is manufactured exclusively for Sheraton Hotels. It is a plush top mattress 11.5 inch mattress The standard box spring unit is 8 ¾”, the low profile box spring is 5.5”. Each bed is sold as a mattress and box spring unit and is made exclusively for Sheraton Hotels.

How can I purchase the bed?

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is $225 to most locations in the Continental U.S. For shipping rates to Canada or outside of the Continental U.S., please call toll free at 888-374-3728.

What is the delivery time frame?

Delivery times will vary based on your area. Delivery to most U.S. locations takes approximately 4-6 weeks.

What if I don’t like the bed?

We are sure that you will love your Sweet Sleeper Bed. The bed is made for your order is not returnable.

Can I purchase the mattress only?

You may certainly request the mattress only. We recommend placing the mattress on a firm surface such as a platform bed.

Can I purchase The Sweet Sleeper Bed in a retail bed store?

The Sweet Sleeper Bed is made exclusively for Sheraton and is available at the Sheraton at Home™ store.

Does the bed have a warranty?

Yes, the bed carries a 10 year manufacturer’s warranty for defects in workmanship.

Does the bed have any latex foam?

The Sweet Sleeper Bed is not made with latex foam.
